This blade is a variable-pitch blade (16 TPI to 12 TPI to 16 TPI). It is excellent for sawing 2/4 to 6/4 thicknesses in most hardwoods and is most often used for cutting box (finger) and dovetail joints. Your dull blades may be rotated with us for sharpening ($15 sharpening fee). The screws on the back of the saw secure the blade.
